Today the Supreme Court of Canada granted leave to appeal to the Responsible Plastic Use Coalition (RPUC). RPUC sought the leave to appeal following the Federal Court of Appeal decision on Canada (Attorney General) v. Responsible Plastic Use Coalition.
RPUC welcomes the opportunity to bring this case to the Supreme Court of Canada.
